Intended audience
Paranoia is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Its optional decks can include mature relationship, sexuality, alcohol and reputation themes. A lower threat setting or general-audience item does not make the product a substitute for adult supervision.
Before online play
Every active player completes the room consent check. The server applies the group’s unanimous spice, adult, Insane, alcohol, Pressure and custom-content choices. Separately classified prompt actions, audience and minimum-player requirements also determine eligibility.
Alcohol
Alcohol is never required. Every drinking card includes an equally meaningful non-drinking option on the same screen; either choice completes the card. The entire category can be disabled.
Do not play drinking challenges where prohibited, when pregnant, taking interacting medicine, driving, under the legal drinking age, or whenever anyone is uncomfortable.
Consent and physical actions
A game prompt never overrides real-world consent. Players can Forfeit, withdraw consent or stop the game at any time. Do not touch another person, access a device, contact someone or disclose private information unless everyone involved freely agrees outside the game.
