Delete in the app
- Open Paranoia and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy & Account.
- Choose Delete Online Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
The request invalidates online sessions and room-resume access immediately, removes you from live rooms, deactivates online entitlements, removes blocks, and disables your unexpired custom room content.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@paranoiagame.app from a contact address you can access. We may need a privacy-preserving verification step. Never send a recovery code, Game Center identifier or signed App Store transaction by email.
What remains
Live room data disappears immediately. Free-text report detail is removed from ordinary records. Pseudonymous purchase facts may remain for up to six years, App Store notification metadata for 180 days, and encrypted moderation evidence under the 30/90-day policy or until a formal escalation is resolved.
These retained facts are not used to restore gameplay access.
Purchases
Deleting a Paranoia online identity does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.
Account deletion is permanent for the online identity. Local game settings and content stored only on the device can be removed by deleting the app.
