By using Paranoia you agree to these terms and the Community Standards. The online service requires an authenticated Game Center account. You are responsible for activity under your device and account.
Party-game safety
Paranoia is an entertainment game, not an instruction to drink, touch, disclose private information, access a device, contact another person or perform a challenge. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Never pressure another player.
Use Forfeit or stop the game whenever a prompt feels unsafe, unlawful or unwelcome. Do not drive or operate machinery after alcohol.
Purchases
Non-consumable products are sold by Apple under the App Store terms. Ultimate grants Pro plus the ten launch decks identified on the purchase screen. Server access may require recent Apple validation. Refunds and revocations remove the related online entitlement.
User content
You retain rights in custom content you submit and grant Paranoia a limited licence to display and process it within the room and, if reported, for safety review.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, private or identifying material. Hosts review custom items before they enter future turns; reports can quarantine an item immediately for future draws.
Availability and enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, remove or ban accounts and content to protect users and the service. Live rooms are temporary; recovery is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and rooms still expire automatically. The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
