In the app: Paranoia picks the reader and shows them the question in private. They say one name out loud and lock it in, then the reveal decides: green keeps the question secret, red reads it out to everyone.
Without the app: whisper a question to the person next to you. They answer out loud with a name, then flip a coin — heads, they reveal the question; tails, it stays secret.

What are Paranoia questions?
They are questions that ask the reader to name someone in the room — like “Who is most likely to…” or “Who would…”. In Paranoia, only the reader sees the question, so everyone else is left wondering why their name came up.
