How to play most likely to, Paranoia style
- The reader gets a question in secret — only they can see it.
- They answer out loud with one name from the room.
- The reveal decides: the question either stays sealed or is read out to everyone.
That one twist turns a harmless question into a room full of people asking “why me?”.

Questions people ask
What’s the difference between Most Likely To and Paranoia?
In Most Likely To, everyone hears the question and points at someone. In Paranoia, only the reader sees the question. They say one name out loud, and the rest of the room has to live with not knowing why — unless the reveal exposes it.
How many people do you need?
Paranoia works for 2 to 20 players, but most likely to questions are at their best with four or more people in the room.
