Why Paranoia works
Online, Paranoia is even more paranoid: the reader sees the question on their own phone, so nobody can glance over their shoulder. Everyone sees each turn at the same moment, and if someone drops out they can rejoin where the room left off. Put it alongside a video call and it feels like the same room.
